Bigger is not always better

Choosing smaller implants has benefits beyond fashion. “The larger the implant, the more likely you are to have problems like rippling, visible contours, and a stuck-in look,” adds Nude Girls. “And then there’s the weight: a 500 cm3 implant weighs about half a kilo, which can lead to negative effects like sagging skin and stretching.”
There’s no guarantee of a surgeon’s qualifications
At the very least, the surgeon must be on the Nude Surgery Specialist Register. However, surgeons interested in cosmetic surgery often join the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons. This is what distinguishes them from trauma specialists who bring you back to normal after things like car accidents.
“It’s like the corgi stamp of our profession, but that doesn’t mean every surgeon is the best at what you’re looking for,” says the plastic surgeon and member of the Nude Girls Association. “Breast surgery is like an apprenticeship: you start by helping your boss and watching him work. If he’s always doing it a certain way, you might too.”
No evaluation process tells you how good a surgeon’s work is. So, you must look at the surgeon’s work and decide whether it meets your needs.
Ignore the “before and after” pictures of naked girls
